Most of our staff members are based in the Dolomites, where we have the main office, and also in the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc area and South Tyrol. Our guides are local, and they are permanently based in the regions where they guide the tours.

Director of Sales and Operations
Alex was introduced to outdoor activities by his parents, and since his childhood has enjoyed hiking and sailing. Alex is a co-owner and co-founder of MONT Trekking. An engineer and PhD in telecommunications, Alex manages the IT infrastructure of MONT Trekking, coordinates the sales, operations and development of new hiking trips. When time permits, Alex enjoys exploring the Alps in search of new hiking itineraries that later add to the MONT Trekking collection of treks. Alex is the father of two boys who are both passionate hikers.
Hiking guide
Demis’ home is the lake Garda area. He grew up in the mountains of the Nothern Garda and lives there now. Demis travels probably more than any other member of the MONT Trekking team. Although he has explored almost all mountain regions of the world, his soul is where he grew up – the diverse mountains of Garda and the beautiful Pasubio - Piccole Dolomiti.
Adventure Consultant and Medium Mountain Guide
Erika grew up in Val di Sole where she was introduced at very young age to the world of alpinism by her father, who was president of SAT Peio, a local section of the Italian Alpine Club (CAI). She completed her studies at the University of Trento and received the Bachelor Degree in Modern Languages for Tourism and Enterprise. In winter Erika dedicates herself to alpine skiing and ski mountaineering, whereas in summer she is a passionate climber and hiker.
Adventure Consultant and Manager of Customer Relations
Martina grew up among the mountains of Val di Sole in the Italian province of Trentino. When she was a child Martina was introduced to the tourism and trekking environment by her parents who run a hotel in the valley. Martina often accompanied tourists through the mountains together with her parents or the mountain guides. Being passionate about the sport, Martina studied the Tourism, Sport and Event Management in Bruneck, thus combining her interests in the sport and the travel industry.
Managing Director
Cecilia was introduced to the mountains by her parents, who started managing the Rifugio Dorigoni mountain hut in Stelvio in the 1970s. Later, in the 1990s, Cecilia took over the management of Rif. Dorigoni and continues to manage the hut since then. Cecilia is co-founder and co-owner of MONT Trekking. She is responsible for the overall management of the company and for human resources.
Hiking and ski-touring guide
Lorenzo grew up and lives in Val di Rabbi, a tiny isolated high valley that goes deep into the Ortler group in the Italian Alps. Lorenzo is a UIAGM Mountain Guide. His primary alpine regions are Stelvio, Brenta Dolomites, Adamello and Pennine Alps. As one of the best ski-touring experts in these mountains, Lorenzo leads the development of new ski-tours and guides many of these programs.

Passionate traveler, skier and mountaineer, Claudio is a UIAGM mountain guide with more than 20 years of experience. Based in the Dolomites, Claudio guides our customers in most of the Dolomites on our regular itineraries and takes the leadership in our custom tours in many other regions of the Alps and other mountains, first of al in the North America.
Adventure Consultant
Veronica passed the days of her childhood in Val di Sole in Trentino. After her university studies, she returned to her home valley with a degree in Economics and started to work in the travel industry. Besides working with customers, Veronica’s role includes marketing, and she is one of the authors of our blog. Veronica is raising two young mountain explorers and is frequently seen hiking with them in the Dolomites.
Adventure consultant
Daniela grew up in the Italian alpine province of Trentino and explored all its mountains from the Dolomites in the east to Ortler-Cevedale in the west. Daniela spent five years in Padua where she graduated from the University of Padua with a degree in Management of Cultural Tourism. She then joined the MONT Trekking team as an Adventure Consultant.
Adventure Consultant and Office Manager
Federico grew up in the Val di Sole valley and the mountains of Ortler and Brenta Dolomites. At a very young age he was introduced to the tourism industry, as his grandparents ran a hotel where Federico preferred to spend most of his free time. Federico studied Economics at the University of Trento. He is a passionate skier, frequent hiker in his mountains and a dedicated photographer.

Lorenzo lives in Trentino where he grew up. Naturally, the Dolomites are the mountains of his primary interest, as well as Ortler the mountains of South Tyrol. Being a person with diverse interests, Lorenzo practices yoga and meditation in his free time. Besides that, Lorenzo is a certified Pranic Healing operator and Pranic Healing instructor.
